My name is Wojciech Jęczmyk

I'm developer administrator freelancer

I am a developer / freelancer

My name is Wojciech Jęczmyk and programming has been my passion since the eighties of last century. Since 1995, I have been running the DailyData company, in which I create and implement my own programming solutions, offer database administration, deal with clients' ERP systems - and often do it all at the same time. I have been a full-time freelancer since 2017

As part of my responsibilities to clients, I often work in larger teams of programmers, administrators and freelancers, often acting as a project manager or development manager. My extensive experience in the implementation of ERP systems in the areas from production to logistics and distribution allows me not only to provide the right tools for the implementation of processes but also to provide assistance in their preparation.

I think I have very well developed soft skills - I like working with people regardless of the size of the team and I make contact very easily. Although I am a freelancer and programmer, my work is largely based on conversations and meetings with accounting department employees, warehouse managers, production managers, CEOs, freelancers, programmers and IT departments of companies. I can always find a common language with each of them and I am glad that I can increase my experience with them.

I know English quite well, a little Russian (heavily rusted). I am very keen to learn (currently I am grinding Python and Django) and I am glad if I can take part in an unusual but developing project.

In private, I am a husband and father who adores his 3 wonderful women, in my free time I program (seriously), I am passionate about astrophysics and listen to audiobooks while cutting grass. And in the picture I am with my ADHD sheepdog, Greta

Programs

All Salesman SecuProject ToolHouse

Salesman

Salesman was created as a supplement to the Impuls BPSC system with effective analytical tools. In the program, I use pivot tables, Microsoft Bing maps and simple tables with built-in possibilities of any grouping, sorting and formatting of data (colors, icons, symbols) for analysis

Data for the program are derived from the so-called materialized views. They allow you to periodically load huge amounts of data (millions of records). Thanks to this, the analyst does not have to wait with each change of filters to restart data from the Oracle database. All operations on data sets are instant, regardless of the number of records.

ToolHouse

ToolHouse is a tool management system consisting of several programs running on the Microsoft SQL Server database.

ToolHouse Manager - used to define dictionaries of tools, employees, locations, warehouses, orders and cost centers. The program also includes extensive analytical capabilities based on pivot tables, the possibility of conditional formatting of records and a huge palette of charts

ToolHouse Screen - an application designed for touch screens designed to handle all logistic events related to tools (release, acceptance from the order, correction, etc.). It supports automatic warehouses operating on the basis of popular controllers or having built-in data exchange interfaces

ToolHouse Scheduler - background program for automatically generating reports sent by email, customer orders based on minimum and maximum statuses and alerts.

SecuProject

SecuProject is an extensive system for detailed project analysis with an emphasis on facility protection projects, cleaning facilities and mass events.

Allows you to register fixed and variable costs broken down into projects and clients. Common costs can be broken down into projects according to definable distribution lists. It gives the possibility to record all data related to employees (qualifications, studies, division into groups, employment details), work time records broken down into projects and facilities, creating working time schedules, entering absences and vacation plans.
